The activation spend
To activate as a Brand Advocate or VIP Member, you need a qualifying bundle purchase of RM 1,288 (≈ S$ 380). You can either:
- Buy any pre-built VIP Bundle (curated by NTX), or
- Build a Customised Bundle that hits the threshold using products you actually want to use.
That money buys real product. It is not a "joining fee" or "starter kit fee" — every dollar goes into supplements, skincare, or wellness drinks you'll consume.

The optional upgrade
If you want to fast-track to Reseller-tier activity, the VIP Prestige bundle at RM 4,800 (currently down from RM 5,600) gives you deeper inventory, a larger sample kit, and priority partner support. This is genuinely optional — not a hidden upsell.
The recurring cost
None. There is no monthly maintenance fee, no software subscription, and no "active status" volume requirement. We've written about that in detail here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I split the activation across multiple orders? No — the qualifying bundle has to be a single order to register the activation.
Is the spend refundable? The products themselves are subject to NTX's standard 7-day returns policy. The activation status is non-refundable.
What if I want to upgrade later? You can upgrade from VIP Member to Brand Advocate by signing the Advisor Agreement and completing ID verification — no additional spend required.
