VIP Member is a customer tier — you unlock member pricing across the NTX catalogue. Brand Advocate is the entry tier of NTXBiz, the partner programme. Brand Advocates can earn referral income on the products they recommend, with NTX handling fulfilment.
How do I become a VIP Member?
VIP membership activates from RM 1,288 (≈ S$ 380). You can either purchase any pre-built VIP Bundle, or build a Customised Bundle that meets the threshold — both qualify. It's a one-time qualifying spend, not a subscription, and member pricing applies on every future order indefinitely.
How much does it cost to become a Brand Advocate?
The financial commitment is the same VIP Bundle qualifying spend (RM 1,288 / ≈ S$ 380) — there is no separate joining fee. What's additional are the requirements: completing identity verification in your home market (SG or MY) and signing the Wellness Consultant Advisor Agreement, which sets out the full commission structure and Code of Business Conduct before you activate.
What's the VIP Prestige bundle?
VIP Prestige is an optional upgrade at RM 4,800 (currently down from RM 5,600), aimed at partners moving directly into Reseller-tier activity. It includes deeper product allocation, a larger sample kit, and priority partner support. It is not required to become a VIP Member or a Brand Advocate.
Is becoming a Business Partner a subscription?
No. Joining NTXBiz as a Brand Advocate is governed by the Wellness Consultant Advisor Agreement you sign during onboarding — there's no monthly subscription. Career progression to higher tiers is based on activity within the programme, not recurring fees.
Do Business Partners hold inventory?
No. NTX warehouses every product in the region and ships directly to your referred customers. Partners focus on relationships and recommendations — order processing, customs, returns, and customer service are handled by NTX.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are settled in your home-market currency (SGD or MYR) to the bank account you bind during onboarding. Specific schedules and brackets are detailed in the Wellness Consultant Advisor Agreement so each partner has the full picture in writing before they begin.
What support do partners receive?
Brand training across all 8 lines (eimele, Vida Glow, SRW, TheroNomic, Amilera, BEE+, Triple ProBio, Natureday), monthly product education, marketing assets in English and Chinese, plus three specialist support teams (community, consultant, offline regional management).
Can I switch from VIP Member to Business Partner later?

What markets does NTX operate in?
