How do I order?
Add the test (or bundle) to your cart and check out securely on this site — the price you see already includes the VIP-exclusive 10% discount. After payment, Jamie messages you on WhatsApp to confirm kit delivery preference: in-person handover for Singapore customers (we'll arrange a meetup) or local post for Malaysia customers. Your protocol-mapping session with Jamie is scheduled once your DNA report arrives from the lab in 4–6 weeks.
Who runs the genetic test?
Nalagenetics — a Singapore-based pharmacogenomics company with an HSA-registered laboratory. Sample collection is at home (saliva swab); processing happens in Singapore. Your data is governed by Singapore PDPA and stored on Nalagenetics' secure infrastructure. Once you receive your raw report, Jamie (your wellness consultant) translates the genetic findings into a personalised NTX supplement protocol.
Why is the VIP price lower than retail?
As a registered Nalagenetics reseller, we're authorised to offer member pricing. The additional 10% off is exclusive to NTX VIP members — it's a thank-you for being part of the wellness consultancy. Pricing is verified at checkout via your VIP status.
How long until I get my results?
4–6 weeks typically. Sample collection & shipping back to the lab takes about a week, processing 3–4 weeks, then your full report is delivered digitally. Once results arrive, we book a personal consultation to translate them into your NTX supplement protocol.
Is genetic data safe? Where is it stored?
Nalagenetics is an HSA-registered laboratory with full Singapore PDPA compliance. Genetic data is stored on encrypted infrastructure in Singapore. You own your data — it's never shared, sold, or used for research without your explicit consent. You can request deletion at any time.
Are these tests medical diagnostics?
No. NutriReady and LifeReady are wellness genetic tests — they identify trait-based markers to inform lifestyle, supplement, and routine decisions. They are not designed to diagnose, prevent, or cure disease. For any clinical concern, consult your medical doctor. The results inform but never replace medical advice.
What's the difference between NutriReady and LifeReady?
NutriReady focuses on nutrition genetics — vitamin metabolism, macronutrient response, food sensitivities. LifeReady focuses on lifestyle & longevity genetics — sleep, skin, exercise, ageing pace. They cover different gene panels with minimal overlap. Most clients ultimately do both (which is why we built the bundle).
Can I order without being a VIP member?
Yes — Nalagenetics tests are publicly available. The VIP-exclusive pricing here applies to current NTX VIP members only. Non-members are welcome to activate VIP membership first (from RM 1,288 / S$ 380) to unlock both the DNA test discount and member pricing across the full NTX range.
Are there age, pregnancy, or health restrictions?
Tests are for adults aged 18+. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, those undergoing active medical treatment, or anyone on prescription medications should consult their physician before ordering. Children under 18 require parental consent and physician supervision; reach out via WhatsApp for paediatric-specific guidance.
GST & fulfilment: All prices listed exclude 9% Singapore GST — paid by the customer in addition to the listed price. Test kits are handed over directly by Jamie (in-person meetup in Singapore, or local posting in Malaysia). Return shipping to the lab is included in your kit. No third-party online checkout — all orders processed personally via WhatsApp.
