• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Messages — anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
• Basic usage data — standard technical information such as pages visited, used to keep the site working properly.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to handle returns and refunds, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to fulfil your order:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Delivery partners — to ship your parcel
• Vercel — website hosting

Order and transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

We use only what the site needs to function, including remembering the contents of your shopping bag. We do not use advertising trackers.

Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
