Where we ship

We deliver to addresses in Malaysia and Singapore. We are not able to ship elsewhere at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge is added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Despatch and delivery

• Orders are despatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment.
• Delivery typically takes a further 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once payment is received, and tracking details once your order is despatched.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been despatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Delays

Occasionally couriers experience delays we do not control, including during festive periods. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us at hello@wellnessprotocol.co and we will trace it.
