Who you are buying from
wellnessprotocol.co is operated by Ranklore Pte Ltd (UEN 202629679H), a company registered in Singapore. Ranklore Pte Ltd is the seller of record for orders placed on this website.
We are an independent retailer of genuine branded products. Brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on this site does not imply that we are their agent or that they endorse us.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm despatch. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.
Prices and payment
- Prices on our Malaysia pages are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping is free, so the price shown is the total payable.
- Payment is taken at checkout by card, processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Prices may change; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Product information
Product descriptions are drawn from the brands' own published materials and are provided for general information. Packaging, formulations and ingredients may be updated by the manufacturer, so always read the label on the product you receive and use as directed.
Where a product is described as Halal-certified, this reflects certification issued by the brand for that product line. Where no such marking appears, no certification claim is made.

Products sold on this site are general consumer wellness goods. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
