Create your free account
Register with your phone number or email. Every new member starts at the free Member tier with 15% off automatically applied. You also get your own referral code from day one.
Open the VIP tab
Tap the crown icon in the bottom navigation. This is your membership dashboard. You will see your current tier, your referral code, and the upgrade cards for VIP and Prestige SVIP.
Tap Prestige SVIP Upgrade
Select the Prestige SVIP card. It comes with a SGD28 voucher pack and locks in your membership for life. No annual fees, no renewal, no expiry.
Complete the one-time payment
Pay securely through the app. Your tier upgrades instantly. The 22% discount applies to every product, and the 10% NTX$ rebate starts accumulating on your next order.
Share your referral code
Your referral code is on the VIP tab and the Me tab. Share it with friends and family. When they sign up and order using your code, you earn referral credits. Prestige SVIP members qualify for the full reseller commission structure.

What is NTX$ rebate?+
NTX$ is store credit inside the NTX app. SVIP and Prestige SVIP members earn 10% back on every purchase in NTX$, which can be used to offset future orders. It stacks on top of the 22% member discount.
Can I earn money by referring others?+

Is the upgrade refundable?+
